Our clinicians may use Heidi Health, an AI-assisted note-taking system, during consultations. With your permission, Heidi listens to the conversation and creates a draft transcript and clinical note. Your clinician will review and correct the note before adding it to your medical record.
Consultation information is processed securely and is not used to train Heidi’s AI models. Temporary transcripts and draft notes are deleted from Heidi shortly after use, once the note has been transferred to your medical record. You can decline its use at any time without this affecting your care.
