Online Services
If you would like to be able to order your repeat prescriptions online, please follow the instructions below. Currently the online service to make appointments has been suspended.
Download and complete a copy of the Patient Services Online Registration Form and return it to the surgery.
Private Non-NHS Fees and Charges
Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges.
Our Administration & Secretarial staff will be happy to advise you about private charges along with appointment availability if appropriate.
The Practice can take Credit Card payments for: VISA, VISA DEBIT & MASTERCARD.
