Practice Management

The Practice Manager supports the Partners and clinical teams to ensure the provision of high quality care and services for the patients of Skene Medical Group and is proactive in the development of extended services to further enhance patient care.. The Practice Manager is involved in managing all aspects of the Practice business, such as human resources, finance, patient safety, contracts, premises, equipment and information technology.

Administration

Our Administration and Secretarial Teams provide an important link for patients with the Practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries either on the telephone or at Reception. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. The Administration and Secretarial Team make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and Practice audits.
