This system is not a substitute for GP consultations—it simply replaces certain phone calls from our admin team, helping us work more efficiently while respecting your time.

To ensure you receive messages, it is your responsibility to keep your mobile phone number up to date at the practice. If you registered as a child, your parent or guardian’s number may still be on file. Please take a moment to check and update your contact details so messages reach you directly.
